Pot Liquor is the vision of Chef Shan Shan. Pot Liquor is the opportunity for Chef Shan Shan to host a floating restaurant style pop up dining experience. Seasonal Local sustainable menu offered every 3 months. Featuring a local winemaker as well as local entertainment. These invitation only events sell out quickly and diners rave about the food and the experience.
Pot liquor also caters – working closely with the Host/Hostess Chef Shannon creates a memorable and tasty menu sure to please even the pickiest palate.
